When will my order be processed?
When your order is placed, it takes up to 24 hours to process. Orders are shipped within one (1) business day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be shipped within one (1) business day. Depending on which shipping option you chose will determine about how long it takes to arrive. (see next FAQ for pricing and times)
How much does shipping cost?
Each item has a handling charge of $4.00 in addition to the shipping charge. See the chart below for shipping costs and anticipated times for delivery:

UPS Ground $9.75 3 to 7 business days (tracking # & insurance included)

Is my order secure?
Yes! Visual Veggies uses a credit card company called 2CheckOut to process orders. 2CheckOut is a verified safe handler of credit cards. 2CheckOut also accepts PayPal. For more information, please visit www.2checkout.com .
If I have a question about the order after it has been placed, who can I contact?

If you have a specific question regarding a charge on your credit card, you may contact 2CheckOut at 1-877-294-0273.
If I do not wish to order over the internet, do you accept telephone orders or can I mail in an order with a check?
No and yes. At this time, Visual Veggies cannot accept orders over the phone. You may however, fill out an order form and mail it in with a check or money order. You may download the order form here: order form.doc
Will my information be sold or rented to another company?
Absolutely not! All of your contact information is safe with Visual Veggies. On occasion, Visual Veggies may email you if a new product is available. You can also be contacted by Visual Veggies to verify your mailing address if you referred a friend, coworker, or fellow student who also purchased a program. This verification contact would take place to make sure we have your current address on file to send your referral check. To read more about the Referral Program, please click here.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, orders are only accepted to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Canada and Mexico residents will be charged a surcharge of $5.00. Also, UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air shipping options are only available to US residents.

Do you accept returns?
Software may be returned within 60 days of purchase for refund minus the shipping and handling charges and minus a 20% restocking fee. The software must be unused and sealed. If a return is received and is opened, it will be shipped back to the buyer without a refund.
