I was an early adopter of the concept of digital imaging getting into the game with Photoshop 1.07 and Letraset Colorstudio®. As Photoshop developed and Colorstudio died, Live Picture, XRes and others were discovered, bought, learned and discarded. Photoshop® remains the big dog of digital image manipulation. There are new and exciting products appearing everyday in digital imaging from cameras, to software, to computers, to printers and hardware for every possible need. There seems to be an endless stream and it is easy to be overcome by too many choices I teach Photoshop® but there is more to the art and science of digital imaging and I believe it is my job to help keep all of you informed about the products I have found to be effective and useful in my business. In the following pages you will find links to many of these innovators who have chosen to support your training by providing their hardware or copies of software for the in-class demonstrations or practice. If you contact these vendors about their products please mention that you heard about them thru the Professional Photoshop for Photographers or Focused on Photoshop® courses at the Columbus College of Art and Design. Check of the Great Books page as well. Educate thyself! Also available on the password protected pages are copies of many of the handouts used in my classes.
