There are those who will try to get you to focus on one specific issue because it is politically appropriate to do so.  It is a failing of pubic health agencies to allow this to be the case, especially in jurisdictions where multiple health issues challenge the current status and future of some communities. I will speak at more length to it.  For now, know that there is an issue at hand which if not dealt with in a more direct manner could have bad health implications and political ramifications.  November 2011 is coming soon...I’ll leave it at that.
