MMA Fit Boot Camp

It’s about getting in the best shape of your life.

At Practical Martial Arts’ MMA Fit Boot Camp classes, we train you  like an MMA competitor minus the concussions, hard contact and  injuries.

MMA Fit class sessions are month to month and  particpants can start at any time. Classes are five days a week beginning at 12 noon. No two work outs are exactly alike.  

The program is about getting results through functional fitness drills, suspension resistence, kettle Bells and exercises utilized for years by mixed martial artists and ancient warriors.
