Originally titled, Kartel Killer, the film revolves around the search for a serial killer targeting members of the Kucho Cartel. After a deadly killing spree lasting almost a year and a half, Thomas Leos and his new partner Hank, must track down this killer before she racks up any more deaths.
Meanwhile, the Kucho Cartel has plans of their own. The leader of the cartel has hired a hand full of professional assassins to track down and kill the serial killer known as, the Kartel Killer
