PETER MOOR - Despite the fact that he is married to host/essayist Romie Angelich and is the father of their two children, Pete is still one of the guests that makes Romie laugh the most.  The story of his experience  driving Meryl Streep and her her hair and make-up guy Roy Hellend during the filming of Adaptation is probably topped by the confessional tell all of Pete’s obsession with Internet Scrabble.  A bonus to each and every “Published, Produced, Or On Their Way” show is that Pete is the unofficial side-kick to the show, filling in whenever necessary and adding comic value at every show.

ERIKA SCHICKEL-  Author of the hilarious memoir You’re Not the Boss of Me: Adventures of a Modern Mom. A talented writer and performer whose works have appeared in the Los Angeles, Chicago Tribune, Bust Magazine, and LA Weekly.

MARCIA WILKE - She has written for television talk shows, reality shows and game shows, and authored a New York Times best-selling book Behind the Smile, for Marie Osmond.  Her own solo shows (“Are You Happy?,” “This Girl I Knew,” and “Duck, Duck, Goose”) have toured the U.S. and played to critical acclaim in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. She has just finished a two-act play, a dark comedy titled “Living Room.”

BETH LAPIDES-  Writer/performer and beloved icon of the alternative comedy scene created and hosts the popular and influential Un-Cabaret show with the help of her producer/husband Greg Miller.  Beth’s book of funny, inspiring, very modern haikus Did I Wake You? makes a great gift.   It is small and pretty and very funny too.

TAYLOR NEGRON-  Comic actor and writer wrote the afterward to his neighbor John Caryle’s posthumously published Under the Rainbow-  A Hollywood Memoir of Rock Hudson and Judy Garland.

Once a month, at Borders Books in  Westwood (1360 Westwood Blvd.), Romie Angelich hosts “Published, Produced, Or On Their Way”.  She performs, along with several guests, who read original essays, selections from their published books, show clips from television or film projects, or share in some fashion their current writing or performing projects.   WIth her experience as a stand-up comic and Los Angeles essay performer, Romie attracts many of L.A.’s best comic talent.  Each show concludes with a panel discussion and a signing of books, CDs, or DVDs from the show’s performers. A great night with free admission.
