Based in Sydney, Australia, The Jugalug String Band plays a repertoire of music based upon the styles of the early string bands comprising jazz, jugband, blues, pre-western swing and ragtime. The band also includes a few more contemporary tunes in their repertoire. The music is fun and exciting and many of the bands’ instruments are unique, dating back to the early part of the twentieth century.
