Of all my automata this is my favourite
Constructed from limewood, pine, beechwood, birch ply, cherry, yew, mahogany and ebony with brass connecting rods. Even the pearls are hand turned from beech.

Lady turns head to left and brushes hair. Eyes look up in ecstasy and legs swing inwards. Then she turns, facing forward and looks in mirror, smiles at what she sees.
Chest breathes.

The movement of this automaton is driven by a Geneva Wheel with connecting cams on other axles enabling a much greater range of movement than would be possible from automata with only one cam axle.
