Australian electro duo, Empire of the Sun, formed in 2007 and have been going Strong ever since. ‘We are the People’, the second single off their debut album, Walking on a Dream, is tres catchy. Its light and fluttery chorus feels as if you’re floating on clouds and the distinctly nasal voice of front-man and vocalist, Emperor Steele, drips like thick honey through the song. It’s sticky and sweet without being sickly. Keep an eye out for a special edition of the album which will be released both digitally and as a 2 CD album on the 20th of November this year.
