To anyone looking for the Christmas card from US --

They were mailed today!!!  We know they won’t make it before Christmas, but they were mailed before the big day!!  We have been a little busy this year.

Above is the picture we sent and the other a close-up of the critters.

I forgot to ask for the cd of the picture with Santa, so we will have to scan it.  

Lexie sat on his lap with the most fearful look on her face and wouldn’t talk to him.  And Dalton happily told Santa that he wanted a “real race car, like Lightning McQueen” for Christmas.  Santa quickly went into action to find the car, but all the stores are out.  So, he ordered one on ebay and hopes it gets here in time!  Otherwise, he will put an IOU under the tree. Or hope that Dalton forgets!  Lexie wants a doll.

 

They were so overwhelmed with the amount of gifts last year, that I decided that they are only getting 3 gifts each this year.  And one of those is from Santa.  Santa also fills the stocking.  I told them that Santa only brings one gift because he can’t carry more than that on his sleigh for all the good little boys and girls.

 

(Note to self -- NEXT YEAR make kids write Santa a letter in early Dec to tell him what they want!!!!)
