Lexie was playing with the Leap Frog Word Whammer on the fridge when she told me that she spelled her name. I looked quickly and didn’t see her name. Right as I said “No, I don’t see it.” , I saw it. She spelled it right to left. See it? She how proud she is too!
We have never discussed the left to right deal. When she writes it on paper, she usually just puts the letters in her name all over the page, unless I draw the dots for her. But she spelled it all by herself. And tonight in the tub she was spelling Dalton’s name.
She is also getting really good at drawing things. She loves to draw spiders, but my favorite is her vampire. It is so cute.
