I have been in the healing arts full time for eight years now. As a dancer, runner, cyclist, and movement teacher I understand the need for massage. We live better when we feel better. The body is in constant motion from the smallest of cells to the largest of muscle groups.
By-products of using our bodies are often fatigue, soreness, stress, and pain. Massage is an effective tool to help undo the troubles that come with living. Massage can improve your athletic training as well as assist you in the chores of daily life. One of my teachers use to say, vacuuming the living room is a sport! I believe that healing is within us so let’s get to it.
