As part of my role with RSPCA i was lucky enough to travel to the USA in 2006 to attend a national conference and also visit a variety of animal care facilities.

I also managed to get in some site seeing.

The photo on the left is of downtime Denver, Colorado.  It was spring and as you can see, still about a foot of snow on the ground.

The day we landed it was -22C.

Denver has one of the worlds leading dinosaur grave yards.
