Ethnic New York
A Dining Adventure

Tonight witnessed our largest party for our Ethnic Dining Adventures to date I believe, and we brought our group of 16 to The Sunburnt Cow.   And yes, there are photos. There was also a nice bar tender making recommendations for authentic australian selections when we arrived around 7pm, give or take, which included James Boag’s Premium Lager, Coopers Brewery Original Pale Ale, and Coopers Original Sparking Ale, as well as a sweet juice based beverage I did not partake in, I believe with the name of our establishment (please comment).

All in all, I had a very enjoyable time.  The $5 Monday specials were quite nice, and I think everyone partook in a wide variety of food choices, with a minor complaint being that the small kitchen afforded them little time to prepare enough food for our large party of 16 all at once, so many of us were eating out of sync...

I myself shared the calamari, which I found fantastic, the kangaroo sausage stew and then once we tried the shrimp we had to place an order of that as well, with that fantastic corn salad concoction on the bottom, yumm!

We are indeed much more than what we eat, but what we eat can nevertheless help us to be much more than what we are.
