iAno basically gives you a fully functioning multitouch piano in the form of a four-octave keyboard.  The arrow keys at the top are used to navigate.  Future plans for the iAno are to give it a complete 88-key keyboard.  Although cool, you can only play with one finger and if your a pianist, it would cause complete frustration.  See the video below and tell us what you think.
