The Lotus Elise S with its Toyota 1ZZ engine and 5-speed transmission is the basis of the fastest Silverstone Performance Lotus of all: the SP-T. It concedes a few horsepower to the SP-K ...but more than makes up for it with nearly 30% more torque and one less gear shift between zero and top speed.

A brand new Elise SP-T can be bought for the same price as a brand new Elise 111R ...and the mighty SP-T is faster than any Lotus-produced Exige.
