Sorry for being slow to post an update containing the Warlord Games dromedarii - I’ve been away for a few days.
I rather like these chaps. Alas, they didn’t see service (as far as we know!) in Britannia, so I have given them desert bases (just like the Crusaders and Saracens). The shields are the same size as the metal auxilia, so I just used some of the usual, excellent, LBMS transfers.
I have just started on another possible ‘next project’ - some of A&A Miniatures’ 3rd Century Romans. My wife is buying me some transfers (from LBMS - who else?) for the Romans, and some A&A Miniatures Sassanid Persians (and a Gripping Beast Jumbo!)for opposition, as part of our Silver Wedding celebrations. That’s all happening next week - heck, it really doesn’t feel like 25 years. They do say that time flies when you’re having fun!
