We provide a catering service to suit your specific requirements; no two events can ever be the same and for that reason rarely do we serve up the same menu twice. With this website you will get a taste for what we do as well as an idea of our background and influences.

Based in Fife, we are ideally located to cater for any dinner party, corporate lunch, wedding or private event in the central belt of Scotland. We encourage you to contact us to discuss your individual wants and needs.

To us, cooking is entertaining. Wherever we are, we hope to be fulfilling peoples’ appetites by putting into practice the skills and knowledge we pick up from our own culinary involvement. Being caterers is more than simply a job; it allows us more interaction with clients, as well as supporting local food suppliers and small businesses that aid us in putting together an event.

WHAT IS A PTARMIGAN?

The Ptarmigan is a medium-sized plump gamebird in the grouse family, slightly larger than a grey partridge. In summer, it is a mixture of grey, brown and black above with white bellies and wings. In winter, it becomes totally white except for its tail and eye-patch, which remain black. Because of the remote habitat they inhabit they have only a few predators, such as Golden Eagles, yet they can be surprisingly tame and approachable.
