Three solar plants may generate electric power in Rosamond within three years if Rosamond Community Services District (RCSD) will provide enough water. Jack Stewart, General Manager, says his agency plans on having enough water to get the job done.
"Both solar projects are in excess of 200 kva and they basically would require recycled water that we would send to them then they would send it back to us to go into the water bank."
