Rosamond Community Services District (RCSD) Director, Byron Glennan, was nominated
to run for the governing board of the California Special Districts' Association during the regular meeting of the RCSD on Wednesday evening July 9, 2008.
"If I'm elected I would be glad to serve. It's a way for us in Rosamond to have more exposure not only to the County but this would be to the State Level," he said, "We would have some influence there. "
