Torre Fuerte
These are some prayer requests:
1. We have been looking for a new venue for our church, Torre Fuerte (Strong Tower). We are regularly packing the church out, and we’re running out of seats! 50 people minimum are crowding into our little locale, and we’re in desperate need of a new place. We’ve found a place, and it might just work, so pray that the details can get worked out if God would have us there, and that he would close the door if we are supposed to worship some other place.
2. A ‘youth’ (age 15 until you’re married) group is starting up this Sunday. Please be in prayer for all the young people that need this group, and especially for Cristian, as he is the most likely leader and coordinator. Kurt and I will be doing some mentoring and discipling of the young people as they begin their own ministry.
3. A prayer ministry within the church is beginning. Although we have no real parameters yet, we will be beginning this crucial ministry within the church.
4. Men. Mexico is renown for many women and children attending the church, but very few men do. Pray for Kurt as he begins a contemplative time where he will go and be with God in a public place, (most likely a park) and as he invites men to come and pray alongside him.
