Dedicated to warm chairs every 2nd Thursday at 7:00 PM at the old Scruggs Fire House and perhaps sharing the craft, the art and the frustration of changing a round branch or tree trunk into a square piece of wood that can be turned into a round bowl, platter, box or other useful (maybe) piece of art.  We are still researching why the original shape must be made square in order to make it round, which, of course, it was to begin with.    

 

We are close to 60 members strong and typically turn out 40 or more for our demos.  

 

 

Dues are very reasonable at $25.00 per year and can be financed interest free for 90 minutes with approved credit and collateral.
