From Truro follow A39 towards Falmouth. After about 6 miles you pass The Norway Inn on the right. Around 1.5 miles further on after a long hill you come to a double roundabout (Treluswell) - continue straight on. After another mile you come to another double roundabout (Treliever), take the second exit left marked for Falmouth and continue on the A39 to a third roundabout (Kernick) at the bottom of the hill.  As you approach this roundabout there is a B&Q store on the left. Take first exit left into Penryn, go straight over another mini-roundabout and follow Kernick Road to the Club, which you will find clearly marked on the left after about 1/2 mile.
