I am researching my parents (Duddy/Harrison) and my wife, Pauline’s parents (Staley/Evans). As we go back through the generations it includes thousands of people.

I started by putting some of my genealogical information on this site so anybody who had internet access could look at the data and hopefully post me with info to complete the jigsaw. This is still the case, but it is now becoming a site that tries to tell the stories of the respective families in a more readable and complete way. By using text and pictures I hope to bring the stories to life.

Not much has been done to the site in the last few years, mainly due to technical reasons, but we hope to change that on this newly launched site. As well as all the family history data we will also feature a News area where you can leave comments on individual stories. You can also subscribe to our RSS feed so you don’t miss out on any news.

We’ll also be including a photo gallery from both families and you’re welcome to submit photos of your own for inclusion. Maybe you’ll be able to help us identify photos for which we have no information.
