2007-2009 My current project is an ongoing series of paintings of walls. They begin as snapshots encountered on my travels throughout the world. They are then printed on canvas and painted with oils. This project explores the cultural histories present in these layers of paint, as well as the visual relationships these images have with various movements in art history.
