This hexagonal ‘Garden Room’, with a natural stone flagged floor, has a large double central heating radiator and balanced flue gas fire which enables it to be used all year round. There are three large, double glazed, picture uPVC windows which capture the sunlight and allow views across the gardens. The motorized opening lights in the roof will open at preset temperatures preventing overheating during the summer months; the ‘rain-stat’ on the roof will close the open lights whenever it rains! Double uPVC doors lead out onto the back, south facing, stone flagged patio area.
