Who The Heck Is Paul Reddick?

“FROM 82 mph - 90 (93) MPH !!”

Dear Paul,

Jack just got his showcase times for the Blue Grey Classic down in Wake Forrest. His Fastball was 90mph. He knew he had been hitting 89 in the game, but was unsure about his clocking during the workouts. Needless to say he is pleased. He has now heard directly from 51 colleges.

Thanks again for all of your help.

- Mr. John Bender

UPDATE '06: Jack topped out at 93 MPH this year and received a scholarship from Georgetown

"Paul Reddick's program has helped me to become a complete pitcher. I came to Paul as an 8th grader looking to improve, and the program has helped me to improve in many ways. 2 years later I'm lucky enough to be pitching Varsity as a Sophomore, and without the program, there's no way I'd be here today. Paul straightened out my mechanics, and helped me develop the change-up that I rely heavily on today. The strength classes have helped me to add countless mph to my fastball. The program has helped me to become a better pitcher overall, and I recommend it to anyone looking to take it to the next level."

--My son benefited greatly from this program.  He increased his muscle strength and his mental endurance which enabled him to increase his velocity.  This program also helped him increase his confidence to perform in the most difficult situations.  Any high school student athlete should consider Paul Reddick's training to prepare themselves for college level baseball.

Coach Reddick's year-round program has helped me with my stamina, velocity, and fine-tuning my pitches.  During his one month summer program, I gained four miles per hour on my fastball, from 77 to 81 mph.  I have also noticed that I have been able to go farther into games. He has helped me to succeed farther than I could have on my own. His program helped me change from a thrower into a pitcher.

We’re proud to inform you that Danny signed with Rutgers today. Much of Danny’s success is the result of the work you have done with him over the years, and we want to let you know how much we’ve appreciated it.

Thanks for everything, and keep in touch.

We have been to the greats House to Thurston, purchased tapes from Mills to Marshall, had lessons at the local baseball academies taught by ex-major leaguers and still ended up with my son having a sore arm. We could never figure out why – then someone recommend Paul Reddick to us. We drove 2.5 hours and in one hour he fixed my sons problems approach problems. Paul saw what all the others didn’t. Why  can he “see” what others didn’t -I don’t know, but if you are looking an expert pitching advice contact Paul.

When Paul Reddick runs a baseball or softball camp,
the kids are big winners. Nobody I know cares more
for young athletes - he truly makes learning and
enjoyment mutually compatible.

Coach Reddick's pitching program is great. My velocity, location and endurance all improved. We all work hard to get results, but Paul keeps the program fun. Thanks coach, your the best !

"Ive been working out with Paul's group for about 6 years now and you will find nothing like it anywhere else.  His work out and instructional classes are very informative, and will most certainly get you to the level YOU are willing to work toward.  However, the best part about the classes is the most supportive environment possible where you are encouraged to become the best you can."

In the program throughout the fall winter and spring, I developed more strength throughout my body which allows my body to become stronger in areas that are key for baseball,  and in my case as for many others, pitching. The strengthening also builds endurance which makes playing and pitching a lot easier because at the end of the game, I still have some "left in the tank" to finish out the game. From almost ten years of workouts and pitching I have become almost my own teacher when I am away from Paul at lessons. I am able to self correct and come to solutions when things are not working throughout the game. But as my last year of working winds down, I have also developed friendships among the other students and with Paul. From past years I take with me friendships, respect, and a sense of being a grownup. We are all treated as equals and grownup's at the workouts because Paul expects the most from us as we do from him. I will leave friends and memories behind me which will stay with me forever.

I was introduced to the Paul Reddick Program three years ago when my son was in seventh grade. The father that referred me to Paul had a son that was a High School Sophomore at the time. He had been going to Pauls' class for the previous three years. I was skeptical at first because my son was a catcher and I was told this was a strength and conditioning class for pitchers. We decided to give it a try for a week. Now three years later I can honestly say this was the best thing I ever did to give my son the opportunity to reach his goals as a baseball player.
The core workout centers on making your middle stronger which makes everything that works off of it stronger. Other than the obvious strength and peak conditioning that you get out of the workouts you also gain velocity on your throwing (whether it be pitching, infield, outfield or my favorite catching), you gain foot speed, and most importantly you gain the confidence to compete at the highest levels.
Than add in the pitching instruction and throwing sessions and it's a no-brainer. Paul not only teaches the mechanics of pitching but the mental side of it as well. You begin the season in top form not only physically but mentally as well. As a bonus the kids love Paul. He relates to them very well. He makes them feel more like a friend than a student.
My son was an average player going into the seventh grade. After three years in the program he is a starting JV catcher and yes, JV pitcher as a freshman. Oh by the way, the other kid that brought us in to the program is an All-County shortstop/pitcher as a senior with a Division 1 scholarship for next year.
