Please note that club members or layout/module owners who are not registered for the convention will only be allowed in the layout area during the initial set-up and then on Saturday and Sunday during the public show hours. info

Tables will be allocated based on this formula: Layouts will received one (1) table for every 200 square feet of layout footprint. TTRAK and FreeMo N Scale layouts will additionally receive one (1) table for every two (2) registered delegates. Tables beyond what is provided by the DCE may be rented at the prevailing rate.

The entrance to the loading dock is on Second St between Market and Jefferson. YOU MUST BE HEADING SOUTH ON SECOND TO GET TO THE DOCK. The door to the dock is the second door on your right. You will enter and go up a long spiral ramp to reach the hall. The hall is located on the second floor.

Once there, you will be directed to the hall and temporary parking/unloading areas. You will not be allowed to leave your vehicle or trailer in the loading dock area for any time except for unloading, so please be ready to move it as soon as you can.
