When registering, please indicate your affiliation to any club, organization or company. Also, see the links below for information on Extra Fare, Meals, and the Hotel. You may amend your registration at any time to add items. Just click the link above and add the items. Place a note in the comment box that you have already registered and include your registration number.

Notice concerning early arrivals:
For those arriving prior to Wednesday of the convention, the hotel does not currently have all room types available due to another large convention. Non-smoking suites will not be available until Wednesday, June 25. The hotel suggests that you make your reservation for another room type but check back periodically to see if a non-smoking suite has become available. Should you desire to move into a non-smoking suite during your stay, make an additional reservation for a non-smoking suite for June 25. If you have any concerns call the Galt House directly at 800-843-4258.

Vendor/Manufacturer Registration for WGH is NOT a registration for the Derby City Express. Vendors and manufacturers wishing to participate in Convention activities must register for the Convention.

Table at the Swap-a-Rama for displaying your products (free) info
Providing a Clinic - teach others how to use your product (free) info
Convention Banquet - share a meal with N Scalers from all over the world
Hospitality Room - intimate access to the N Scalers that purchase your product (free)
Manufacturer's Breakfast - announce your latest products

Note to vendors: all vendors must register with WGH.
Our contract with the hotel and convention center stipulates that no independent vendor model railroad sales may take place in either venue.
It is the policy of the DCE and the Galt House that no established vendor may hold room sales of any kind at the convention hotel.
Vendors or individuals may not rent or otherwise secure any space at the hotel for the purpose of selling merchandise.
Private individuals may use their personal hotel room to sell or swap items that they personally own, but vendor stock is prohibited from such sales.
Anyone wishing to sell at the Swap-a-rama should contact Dean Daughenbaugh.
