Paul Reed is a musician, composer, recording engineer, record producer, who has worked as a drummer and percussionist with a large busload of stars in NYC and elsewhere, including Gerry Mulligan, Peggy Lee, Cleo Laine, The Monkees, Jesus Christ (Superstar), Pacific Gas & Electric Co., Childhood’s End, The Laughing Dogs, The Leisure Units, The Memphis Pilgrims, The Comfort Creatures, The Kojacks and The John Dice Orchestra. He formed the contemporary performing groups, Brave News and The Electric Chamber and also played for many hit Broadway shows. Paul was a featured drum soloist in Bob Fosse’s Dancin’.
Paul has composed and performed music for many dance companies in New York City including Eric Hawkins, Louis-Nikolai and The Mimi Garrard Dance Theater.
He has engineered, mixed and produced recordings for musical artists throughout the known universe.

These pieces were born in the early nineteen-thirties, and they both ROCK!! Go ahead! Don’t be afraid! Click ‘em! Working alone, Paul produced these sounds at his studio, Oozin’ Oz in Chatham, NY.
