The THEA Foundation collects donations of money and art supplies from the public, business and other non-profit organizations.  With financial donations we purchase art supplies at pennies on the dollar from suppliers leveraging our donations in favor of our enduser, the art teacher. 

With agreements from the school districts, they pick up the supplies from the THEA Foundation or our donors and store them in the school district warehouse.  The district art specialist with art teacher volunteers divide the supplies into their logical use between the elementary, middle and high school art teachers.  The school district delivers the art supplies to the schools during their normal weekly delivery schedule.
