THEA’s Foundation’s new home at 401 Main Street in North Little Rock, Arkansas was dedicated on June 12, 2008.  The celebration was attended by approximately 350 well wishers and long-time supporters.  The celebration was planned and sponsored by THEA Board Secretary, Vincent Insalaco.

The ninety minute event featured a ceremony honoring  Ms. Judy Kohn Tenenbaum whose most generous donation made it possible for the THEA Foundation to purchase the building.  Mr. John Gaudin and President Bill Clinton were also honored for their contributions to the THEA Building fund.  Recognition was also given to the New Argenta Fund for their generous financial support.

Mayor Patrick Henry Hays and the City Council received recognition for the City of North Little Rock’s support of the THEA Foundation.

The ceremony was brought to an emotional close with the singing of, “Anyway” by THEA scholarship winner, Cortney Barnhill of Paris Arkansas.

Comments throughout the evening reflected the presence of Thea’s Spirit during the evening.  “You could feel her Spirit all over the building this evening, Linda Caillouet of the Democrat Gazette said.  Linda then expressed that same sentiment in her Paper Trails column.  Click Here to read article.
