We rent by the week (Saturday to Saturday) during the summer and by the day during the off-season.   We do not rent during the winter.    Rental prices during the summer are fixed, while rental prices during the off-season will depend on the particular days, length of stay, etc.    There is a 60 day cancellation notice policy for the summer rentals.    

There are absolutely no pets allowed!   There are no more than 8 occupants allowed and no more than 4 vehicles.
