Dr. Jack Daniels has signed on with Patrick Cowden to develop and produce Audio Performance Team Marathon Training with Music Workouts (“APT”), an audio program designed to help and coach runners with marathon training @ 180 steps per minute.
WHY 180?
APT combines music and training in a way that has never been done before. All workouts are composed at 180 steps per minute. As a result of many years of study, Dr. Daniels has determined that 180 steps per minute is the right stride range for optimum performance.
APT is completely user friendly and the workouts are explained in very easy to understand terms. APT will make you stronger, faster, smarter, and tougher, and it will help you achieve the marathon you deserve.
