C2it Multimedia Study This ten-week study takes the principles of the Faith Lift and combines them with the power of fellowship and the church body to further aid people in demolishing strongholds!
The workbook has two distinct parts: Weekly Meetings and Daily Lessons
Weekly Group Meetings: If you are pressed for time, you will find you can just accomplish everything in 60-minute meetings. However I suggest 75- to 80-minute meetings. This will give you ten minutes for other business, ice breakers, to wrap up, or to add to one of the discussion times if you want. Most of these weekly meetings follow the same format. With a few exceptions, each meeting will have a discussion time (focused on experience, scriptural truth, and the possible tension between the two), followed by a short video, followed by discussion time (focused on application):
1.	A 30-minute discussion on some key concepts and scriptures
2.	A 15-minute video about the key concepts (This is the maximum time. Most are much shorter.)
3.	A 30-40 minute discussion about the issues raised in the video and application.
Notes:
•	You may consider keeping the groups at no larger than 6 for the discussions in order to maximize the time.
•	There are a couple of exceptions to this format, as you will see.
•	Also, be as alert as possible to the Holy Spirit and make any adjustments necessary for your group.
Daily Lessons: For every day of the week other than the meeting days, there is a short devotional/applicational reading. Please note that it is, in fact, not necessary to do these in order to participate in the weekly meetings. However the daily lessons will develop the themes begun in the weekly meetings and those who do them will get the most out of the entire study. People who do the daily lessons should feel free to raise insights learned from them during the group meetings so that everyone can benefit. Often the application given in the weekly meeting will be broken down into manageable bites in the daily times.
