These conferences describe what I call the Great Exchange--taking the deceptions in our life and replacing them with truth.  There is much in this conference about Grace, Identity, Faith and the Training that God takes us through. When possible, small group interaction is utilized and specific challenging, but attainable assignments and exercises are given to individuals. 

Most effectively, over the course of the weekend, there are about 8 hours of teaching plus time for reflection and small group discussion.

Grace--defined as God’s power and desire to do good to us.

We can neither increase nor decrease either aspect.

Identity--Circumcision of the heart--a change of our very nature

          Faith--This is our access into God’s grace as stated in Romans 5:1.

God’s Grace is always available to us.

                    His power and desire remain unchanged but  faith is the door.
