George Hull Comments on the Mid-South Regional Gathering of CPSP

The Mid-South CPSP Regional Meeting in North Little Rock, Arkansas was the first-ever regional gathering of the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy. Raymond Lawrence, CPSP General Secretary; Jim Gebhart, CPSP President; and Perry Miller, Chair of CPSP Chapter Life Committee were invited guests for this historical meeting.

George Hull, Director of Pastoral Care and Clinical at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, shares his reflections in a brief interview conducted by Perry Miller, Pastoral Report Editor.

Texas, New York City and North Carolina are a few of the areas of the country now considering a regional gathering of the CPSP community.

Regional gatherings of the CPSP community is another reflection of CPSP's commitment to being a grassroots movement within the clinical pastoral field. CPSP wants to continue to create contexts such as regional gatherings where all members of the community have an opportunity to give voice and direction to guide and propel CPSP's continued creation as a certifying and accrediting body in the clinical pastoral field designed for the 21st Century.
