What We’re Up To

We’ll be continuing our work with letters this month.   Look for us to be learning about J, K and L.

Our color of the month is green, so have your children wear lots of green so we can make a big deal of it.  The shape we’ll be working on is the triangle.  Please look for triangles in your environment.

We’ll be studying penguins, winter trees and some holiday symbols (we’ll use these for fine motor work, patterning, counting, etc.)

Depending on the weather, we may begin talking about winter.  We will observe the trees outside and see how they change.  Watch for our classroom tree to be making these same changes.

Our story time has changed to 10 AM.  If you’d like to read at that time, please let me know.  The kids love guest readers!
