Nina is 17, a dual US and Thai citizen, who has competed for both flags. She is a B Ponyclubber. She events (3 phase competition of dressage, cross-country & show jumping) at Preliminary/One Star (3’7” or 1.10m) on Chai Thai, her 8 yrs. Dutch Warmblood/Selle Francais. She retired her 2007 SEA GAMES gold medal horse, Pacific Storm, as he suffered an injury while grazing in the pasture. She recently acquired a 9 yr. old grey Irish Sporthorse by the name of He’s a Star. She trains daily after she comes home from Collegiate school, Richmond, Virginia, and actively competes her horses.


Nina is training with Kim Severson, Olympic silver medalist and multiple times winner of Rolex Kentucky Four Star. Kim is a brilliant teacher and wonderful mentor for Nina. Nina’s goal is to safely move up the eventing ladder and to compete at the 2010 Asian Games for Thailand.
