Gagetown Project
In the spring of 2009 Independent film makers - Director, Danny Feigery; Producer and Director of Photography Gregg de Donenico, Associate Producer Jillian Stricker and Editor, Gerald Zeckerfrom New York City arrived in New Brunswick, Canada to work on their upcoming feature length documentary. The film explores the impact and issues surrounding chemical spraying at CFB Gagetown during the mid 1950’s to the mid 1980’s. Agent Orange is the name given to a chemical defoliant and is the phrase used to describe herbicidal spraying at CFB Gagetown during this time. Filming began in Enniskillen, a small rural community bordering CFB Gagetown. The films first cut will be entered in the 2009 Toronto Film Festival. As the still photographer I captured a number of event highlights and interviews during filming.
