Tonight I did a presentation in a living room.

The regional director of InterVarsity asked me to come an tell about Solomon’s Porch and Emergent.

 

I went on for an hour and a half, and I just kept going through the scheduled break.

 

The usual stuff in the presentation with a bit at the beginning of my initial conversion into Christianity.

Thursday, March 9 I was in Pennsylvania at an event put on by the Center For Spiritual Formation called A Day Apart.

My recorder didn’t work for a great part of the day - probably user error, but I am still looking into it.

The show is a pretty basic evangelical show, so the questions come from that stream.  They are nice people.

Back in the Fall I spoke at the National Youth Workers Convention.  I had this posted on my old podcast site, but some have asked to have it moved here.  So in response to the pleading masses here it is.

I did a run on my understanding of the Gospel.

The quality is not really great on this one.  When it is up on Emergentvillage.org it will have come from the board and will be better.  But it is still worth listening to.

 

Tony Jones and I did a seminar called new theology for a new world.  It is mostly about theological method, but not totally.  

I suggest a kind of theology - my “integration” stuff.

We have done this one before, but each time is different.

Jen Howver is the Youth Specialties Podcast master.  She did an interview with me for the YS monthly podcast.  I recorded the interview at the same time.

The interview was about Preaching Re-Imagined.  

I didn’t edit anything from the interview, so if you don’t want to hear about the Preaching book then this may not be of much interest, other than being full of witty humor.
