You can subscribe here or find subscribe through Itunes under Pagittcast.

The podcasts come from a variety of settings.  Some times they are recorded presentations, other times they are conversations, and still other times when they are random happenings of my life or travels. 

You may need to have QuickTime to listen to the podcast, and you may find it frustrating, but you should be able to easily download it for free in Windows or better yet use this as the impetus to get yourself a Mac.
