All Aboard!  The Allen County Historical Society Railroad is located in the Children’s Discovery Center of the Allen County Museum.  It is a one of a kind layout featuring HO scale trains against a backdrop of Lima and Allen County - including the Lima Locomotive Works and B&O yards.  Young and old alike delight in the movement of the Civil War period train, interurban car, and mid 20th century trains that make their way around the tracks, through the wall, and back again.  A wonderful and committed group of volunteers have helped to make this layout one of the best in Ohio.  Enjoy the pictures below - and many, many thanks to:  Rick Davis, Michael Harvey, Vince Whitehead, Tim Bowerman, and Bill Smith.
