Ottery was my first Cocoa program.  I don’t play the lottery myself, but writing Lottery guessers is easy enough so it was a good training exercise.  If you play the Lottery then download and enjoy - and please don’t take its quips and backchat to heart.  I consider Ottery to be complete - there will be no future version, especially because I’ve lost the source code!
