November Guild Meeting
Yesterdays meeting at Munnell Run Farm was lively. We had about 12 people. Everyone working spinning or knitting, talking and laughing. What fun! the time went by too quickly.
Judy brought two pillows she just finished weaving. They were beautiful. I wish I had remembered to bring my camera.
I just returned from the Knitreat at Bedford Springs. I told everyone about my experience and showed samples from a class I took on Austrian knitting techniques.

November 12, 2009 Thursday Spin & Knit
Pictured above on the right is a picture on Judy explaining her braided rug techniques to Bonnie. There is always something new to explore with this group. You never know what someone will bring to work on at the Thursday meetings. On the left are a couple pictures from Munnell Run Farm Day. Lynn was working on weaving a basket and she also displayed her skeins of the Natural Dyed Yarn from our Natural Dye Workshop.
It is the custom of the Mercer County Spinners and Weavers Guild
