On Thursday Sept 11. we met for our annual natural dye day. Thank you to everyone who  helped make this event a success.  It takes a lot of preparation and time to gather the plants and bring everything together to make this happen. Thank you to everyone who carried buckets of water and tended the fires and pots all day.  We had a great turn out.  There were pots of  Indigo, Tansy, Goldenrod, Queen Ann Lace, Jewelweed, Ladies Bed Straw, Brazilwood, Onion Skin, and Walnut dyes. The colors range was beautiful.  

On  Munnell Fun Farm Day we will have three dye pots of Natural Dye cooking  at our booth  Sunday afternoon Sept.21.   call 724-877-1082 for more information.  Bring yarn or fibers to dye and a lawn chair and and join us.
