Open View Farm Fellowships support public and private school teachers and support staff, early childhood educators, and staff in institutions of higher education for one of the following three purposes:
Peace and Justice Fellowships
Educators live at Open View Farm while they develop curricula focused on multicultural, anti- racist, anti-homophobic and anti-sexist issues, contributing to the promotion of peace, justice and understanding in their classroom, school or greater community.

Farm and Forest fellowships
Educators live and work at Open View Farm while they Develop curricula that promote stewardship of the land and healthy living.

Professional Development Fellowships
Educators live at  Open View Farm while they read write and plan for facilitating professional development focused on multicultural, anti- racist, anti-homophobic and anti-sexist issues, contributing to the promotion of peace, justice and understanding in their classroom, school or greater community.
At Open View Farm we have extensive resources for  teachers working on LGBT inclusion.
