On going clean-up of 900 - 940 East 4th Ave. (north side) by ARBRA & crew is 3 to 4 times a year. This started in the spring of 2000; our last effort was the week of Dec. 11th 2006. Camper population here averages between 20 & 30, (80% male) within 2 months after each clean-up. Last avg. haul was +/- 3 ton at $8.00 x 5 hrs x 5 helpers = $200 not accounting my time or materials.
