For cataract surgery we work closely together with the Medical Center Jan van Goyen.
The primary investigation is done in the OMCA after wich surgery is performed in Jan van Goyen Clinic.
It takes about two to four weeks till surgery. The aftercare including possible aftercataract treatment with the YAG laser is again in the OMCA.
Laser treatment eyediseases
Almost all laser treatments on medical indication are being performed at the OMCA.
We do not perform cosmetical lasertreatments with the excimerlaser.
Strabismus surgery is usally being performed at the Universitair Medisch Centrum Utrecht (UMC Utrecht). The primary investigation is performed in the OMCA.
Academical ophthalmology
For this we work together with the VU Medical Center but also with other academical hospitals like the Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum LUMC.
