Oveda Maurer Folk Art Antiques has been in business since 1977. We specialize in select

American folk art objects, antique furniture, and paintings. We buy mostly from collections on

the West Coast. We do the two California Country Shows at Los Altos in June and October.

We are members of the Antiques Dealers of California, the Antiques Dealers of San Anselmo,

and the American Decorative Arts Forum.

The shop has about 2,000 square feet filled with excellent quality items for your enjoyment.

We offer 24 hr. approval and layaway with no extra charge. Items are shipped frequently to

collectors all over the country. The shop is open by chance and appointment. Please call

ahead, We would love to see you.

San Anselmo is located about 20 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge off of

Highway 101. It is a lovely New England-style town filled with antiques shops, galleries and

wonderful restaurants. We have a gentle creek running through town with redwood trees and

park benches for you to enjoy  while you are here. We have a great view of

Mt. Tamalpais and a beautiful seminary reminiscent of a castle on the hill.
